**Description**
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and take detailed patient histories to identify health concerns.

- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and arthritis, ensuring ongoing patient care.
- Promote preventive healthcare by advising patients on lifestyle changes, vaccinations, screening tests, and healthy living practices.
- Educate patients on managing their health, including nutrition, exercise, mental health, and smoking cessation.
