Basic Understanding of Adobe Suite of Products such as AEM Sites, Forms & Assets

Anchoring UI/UX conversation with business stakeholders & IT team

Build Product Backlogs in Rally / JIRA / TFS based on requirements gathering workshops with IT & Business Stakeholders

Co-ordination between Capgemini & Business teams for effective delivery of the product websites

Familiar with the client’s Marketing Platform features and capability.

Conduct AEM author training

Understanding of AEM WCM Core Components

Perform gap analysis of existing website for migration AEM platform

Elicit, collect and document business requirement

Website authoring (content upload) during project phase

Plan, coordinate and communicate effort estimation between development team and business stakeholder

Defect triage during UAT phase

**Primary skills**:
5+ years broad experience in delivering marketing and brand website

Must have experience authoring website using Adobe Experience Manager.

Domain knowledge for Financial Services and digital marketing (web analytics and SEO) is desirable

AEM Business Practitioner certification is an added advantage

Conceptual knowledge of mobile first and responsive web design

Conceptual knowledge of Agile practice

Hands on knowledge for defect tracking

**Secondary skills**:
Fluent in English written and oral communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Effectively receives, interprets and disseminates information verbally and in writing in a manner that is clear, concise and able to be acted upon

Flexible, independent and self - motivated
