Ui/ux Designer Intern

This opportunity is for people that have a background in design with strong conceptual skills as well as basic knowledge of Enterprise products, mobile App and web designing, though it is not desired if you have a creative mind. Work closely with the developer to design and create the apps based on the strategy and ideas of our clients.

**Qualifications (any of the following disciplines)**:

- Degree in HCI relateddisciplines such as UI Design, Interaction Design, Information Design, Industrial Design with Portfolio demonstrating an inclination to UX Design
- Degree in Graphic Design/ Applied arts with demonstrable know-how in UX Design
- Promising skill and knowledge in the field of design
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
- Advanced software skills - Adobe Suite, Figma, Invision, Balsamiq, Sketch etc.

**Deliverables**:
UX Designer will be responsible for on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the project as defined by Lead UX Designer.
- Conducting Usability Audits
- Conducting and executing research processes
- Wireframes
- Navigation Structures
- StoryBoards
- Interactive Guidelines
- Click through Prototypes
- Information Architecture presented in flow diagrams

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute deliveries as required for the product/project launch
- Able to communicate within the team and in specific cases, with concerned persons from clients’ teams
- Constantly upgrade knowledge and knowhow by following happenings in the industry
- Time to time document the entire design process of projects he has directly worked on, or projects executed by other team members
- Negotiate with a client through understanding and questioning UX strategies
- Follow schedule and timelines for deliveries as set by the Project manager
- Constantly coordinate ideas internally and seek clarifications when in doubt
- Desirable: Knowledge of Platform guidelines and Front end framework

**Expectations from a UI/Graphic Designer**:

- Execute deliveries as required for the product/project launch
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and design creative graphics on time.
- Proficiency with design tools such as XD, Figma. Knowledge of UI Animation will be a plus.
- Deeply understands the needs of the user, Project manager, Vision and Intent of the product.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure to discuss effectual creative direction, brand constancy, and good standards of ingenious execution for marketing materials improvement.
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
- Follow schedule and timelines for deliveries as set by Project manager
- Constantly coordinate ideas internally and seek clarifications when in doubt
- Positive and enthusiastic with a drive for continuous learning and skill development of self & team.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong portfolio of illustrations or Web design or other graphics.
- Degree in Graphic Design/ or any other bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication, creativity and organizational skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
- Advanced software skills - Adobe Suite, Canva, Illustrator and Photoshop etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing practices
- Decent knowledge in Motion Graphics ( Plus Point )

- Capable of creating concepts, graphics, Flyers/Brochures, Illustrations, Websites, engaging presentations, Digital brochures, Infographics, Logo, Web graphics, banners, posters, newsletters, social media creatives, mailers..
- Conduct and execute research processes to develop effective designs for programs and projects/campaigns.
