SBL collaborated with Tata Housing on two of Gurugram’s premium luxury residential projects, Gurgaon Gateway in Sector 112 spanning 9 acres and La Vida in Sector 113, covering 12 acres. It has also developed high-rise apartments along the main Pataudi Road in Sector 95, a key part of the fast-growing New Gurugram area, including projects such as Sidhartha NCR ONE, NCR Green, and NCR Lotus.

The Group has since then broadened its portfolio to encompass commercial and mixed-use developments, demonstrating its commitment to India's dynamic real estate sector.

**Legal Executive**

A Legal Executive with 2-4 years of experience of handling litigation matters, representing the organization in legal proceedings, including court hearings, arbitrations, drafting and review legal documents, coordinating with external counsels, handle administrative tasks of maintaining detailed records of legal proceedings, correspondence, and any legal decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
