Roles and responsibilities of an Application Manager and Student Counsellor
- Singapore, Europe etc.
- Develop ideas/content for profile building and assist students in resume building and resume writing
- Responsible for all documentations for the different countries
- within deadlines
- Mentor them
- Prepare reports on the progress of the students based on their planner
- Visa for the different countries and their documentations
- Research on universities and courses so that you can advise students accordingly
- Counsel students when leads are generated for countries allocated to you
- Assist marketing team during webinars and events

Staff and team development
- Promote ethical behaviour
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to the Business owner
- Encourage, motivate and enhance team work
- Influence others to meet company goals

Planning:

- Establish your independent goals and ensure that they are met
- Develop well defined deadlines and assist your team to make sure that you are viable to help them meet their goals
- Execute plans in a realistic and timely fashion

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
