**RPM Exim Pvt. Ltd.** is globally accredited supply chain management company dealing in export of complete sugar mill machinery and civil work products and equipment. We have various product categories like sweeteners, starches, coconut and animal feed. We began exports with a modest beginning in 2009 by exporting just a few metric tons of organic sugar to Europe from India. Today, we deal in thousands of tons of organic products globally.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Issuance of sales contracts
- Issuance / Coordination for proforma invoice
- Sending contract and PI to buyer
- Coordination with buyer for release of advance payment / LC
- Sending payment confirmation to accounts for their confirmation on receipt of funds
- Entry in shipment sheet
- For shipments from Mozambique, issuance of contract and PI and coordination
- For Domestic orders, issuance of contract and PI, coordinating
- Sending certificates to buyers as and when required
- Coordination in case of delay in documents / to check when these will be sent to them (in case of CIF shipments, buyers do ask when we will be able to provide them shipping documents)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jasola, New Delhi - 110025, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
