**Description**: A **Career Counselor** plays a vital role in recruiting and enrolling students for educational programs offered by an institution. This position involves developing and implementing strategies to attract prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and ultimately facilitating their enrolment. The goal is to increase
student enrolment while maintaining alignment with the institution's mission
and academic standards.

Key

**Responsibilities**:
4. **Relationship Building**: Build rapport and establish trust with prospective students by understanding their educational goals, addressing concerns, and providing personalized guidance to support their decision-making process.

6. **Follow-Up and Persistence**: Conduct timely follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, address any obstacles or objections, and encourage them to progress through the enrolment process.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

2. **Experience**: Previous experience in admissions, enrolment management, student recruitment, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous.

3. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with prospective students, conveying information about programs, and addressing inquiries.

4. **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build relationships with diverse populations are necessary for connecting with prospective students and understanding their needs.

5. **Sales and Persuasion**: A sales-oriented mind-set with the ability to influence and persuade prospective students to take action and enroll in educational programs.

6. **Organization and Time Management**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working
**Conditions**: Student Acquisitions Specialists typically
work in educational institutions such as colleges, universities, vocational
schools, or online learning platforms. They may work regular office hours or
have flexible schedules to accommodate evening or weekend events and
recruitment activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
