**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate posture, movement, and musculoskeletal health.
- Design personalized exercise and rehabilitation programs to support fat reduction, muscle toning, and improved physical function.
- Provide treatments such as manual therapy, lymphatic drainage, electrotherapy, and ultrasound (as applicable).
- Assist clients in improving posture, flexibility, and core strength to support weight loss and overall well-being.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and healthy movement patterns to sustain long-term fitness.
- Collaborate with dietitians, aesthetic practitioners, and wellness coaches to deliver integrated treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust physiotherapy plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with clinic protocols and health regulations.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in physiotherapy, weight management, and body aesthetics.

**Requirements:Education & Certification**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or registration to practice physiotherapy (as per local authority requirements).
- Additional certifications in fitness, wellness, or manual therapy techniques are a plus.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in physiotherapy, preferably in wellness, aesthetics, or slimming clinic settings.
- Knowledge of body contouring technologies (e.g., EMS, ultrasound cavitation, lymphatic therapy) is an advantage.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong understanding of human anatomy, posture, and movement in relation to weight management.
- Excellent communication and client motivation skills.
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional bedside manner.
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary wellness team.
- Interest in fitness, lifestyle medicine, and holistic health.

**Work Environment**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nungambakkam High Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
