**Job Title : Insurance Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for insurance products and services.
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Consultation**: Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable coverage solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate and educate clients.
- **Quoting and Proposals**: Prepare accurate and competitive insurance quotes and proposals tailored to clients' specific requirements.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products or services to existing clients.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, regularly updating records in the CRM system, and providing accurate sales forecasts.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring all sales activities meet legal and ethical requirements.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and potential areas for business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Insurance Licensing**: Must hold the necessary insurance licenses required by the state or region.
- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record in insurance sales or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and proposal preparation.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales software, and other relevant tools.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Willingness to collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and support staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,202.34 - ₹16,174.30 per month
