**Position Purpose**:

- The Team QA (Site) is responsible for preparation of documents, compliance monitoring to laid quality systems and practices, training to people to assure products quality**Strategic Responsibilities**:

- Assist Lead QA in documents preparation and review implementation and compliance monitoring of quality assurance system, product security and, people development

**Operational Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of QA documents and maintain updated versions at all times
- Review of other functional documents for adequacy and issue the same to controlled copy holders
- Compliance monitoring for quality system implementation on decided frequency for various processes in quality and in other functions at the site
- To conduct facility audits, process audits, vendors audit, outsourcing partners for compliance verification
- Documents review for system adequacy before issue
- Certify and approval of completion for skill up-gradation training
- Verification of system compliance and circuit approval in plant before new product start up or product change over
- Investigate customer complaints and co-ordinate for root cause analysis and monitor corrective actions implementation
- Responding and coordinating for legal issues related to quality and misbranding
- Preparation of Monthly reports and updating the status of Quality Objectives
- Preparing Corrective action report wherein objectives are not on the track

**Education Qualification**:

- Master’s degree in Chemistry**Work Experience**:

- 7 - 8 years of experience in quality department**Industry to be Hired from**:

- Reaction and Process based industry i.e. Pharmaceuticals/ Agrochemical / Fine Chemical**Functional Competencies**:

- Ability to understand and interpret quality standards like ISO 9001 or ISO 17025 or WHO, GMP to enable designing of system and documents
- Analytical Skills
- Practical Experience on HPLC /GC
- Understanding of root cause analysis
