**Working Day**: Monday to Saturday **(2nd & 4th Saturday off)**

**Experience**: 2 to 4 Yrs.

**Salary**: 2.5 to 3.0 LPA

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Should have excellent English communication/service skills in dealing with day-to-day export activities. Receive inquiries and handle customer complaints, and prepare and send quotations/offers to customers.

2. LC Payment Term & ADVANCE Payment Term.

3.Overall Pre-shipment & Post-shipment Documents

4. Bill of Lading ,Draft, Certificate Of Origin,

5.Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Responsible for all companies' export policies & procedures. Also, support the domestic sales team as & when required.

6. Communicate and follow up with customers to identify requirements regarding their purchases.

7. Resolve customer queries by coordinating with other departments within the organization.

8. Undertake the making of quotations, RFQ’S and RFI’s, and maintain their records.

9. Support research in competitive market prices and maintain a record of global price changes.

10. Assist sales department with maintaining price exceptions.

11. Plan purchase orders (including export orders), and their logistics and coordinate with other internal departments regarding the same.

12. Develop well-organized and timely delivered purchase plans in collaboration with the sales team.

13. Monitor and track timely deliveries of the orders.

14. Skillfully resolve shipment errors and plan efficiently in advance.

15. SAP Knowledge, MIS Report Preparation.
