**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**

2. Conducting Training Sessions scheduled for the batches, preparing training aids such as PPT, notes and taking feedback from the students and adapting the changes accordingly

3. Ensuring all batches are effectively managed through Rooman ERP, with respect to

students attendance management, module tests

4. Assisting management in timely Installment Collections

5. Maintaining the asset and lab equipment’s - Hardware and Software which is assigned to them

6. Preparing the students for final assessment(both online and viva)

7. Conducting periodic Placement activities in terms of mock interviews, written test, and evaluation

8. Generating daily/weekly/monthly activity reports

9. Conducting Technical round of counseling for the enquiries in respective domain and guiding them in career path

10. Conducting periodic Technical seminars and workshops both on campus as well as off campus

11. Conducting technical round of interviews to applicants (both telephonic and f2f) applicable only to trainers with 2+ years of experience

12. Conducting training the trainer program for fresher’s and new joiners f2f
- applicable only to trainers with 2+ years of experience.

**Skills & Experience Required:

1. Best practices and troubleshooting on hardware platforms

2. Computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions and evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement

3. Troubleshooting for system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network. Designing and installing well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling.

4. Testing and configuring software, maintenance and repair of hardware and peripheral devices.

5. Maintaining assets and lab equipment (Hardware and Software)

6. Configuring hardware equipment such as servers and storage

7. Understand the methods of SLA, timeliness, response and resolution data

8. Understand the Method of CSF, KPIs and Activity.

9. Minimum Educational Qualifications - Degree with one year experience or Diploma with two years’ experience

10. 2 - 4 year of relevant Industrial and Trainer Experience

Good communication skills.
