**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Program Development & Implementation**
- Assist in the design and development of programs, ensuring they meet the objectives and goals set by the organization.
- Provide expert advice to participants and stakeholders on program structure, processes, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective program implementation.
- Identify potential challenges or obstacles in program delivery and propose solutions to mitigate risks.

**Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, providing guidance and resolving inquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and participants, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with participants and stakeholders to ensure their engagement and satisfaction with the program.
- Provide tailored advice to different participants based on their unique needs and program goals.

**Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track program progress, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program performance, including successes, challenges, and recommendations for future programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities, participant progress, and feedback.

**Training & Support**
- Provide training sessions or resources for program participants to ensure they are well-prepared to succeed.
- Offer continuous support throughout the program lifecycle, addressing any issues or questions that arise.
- Facilitate workshops or webinars to enhance program understanding and participation.

**Continuous Improvement & Feedback**
- Gather feedback from program participants and stakeholders to identify areas for program enhancement.
- Propose and implement changes or adjustments to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of programs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the program remains relevant and compliant.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
