**What you’ll do**:

- Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.)
- Integrate PLCs with HMIs, sensors, actuators, and other field devices
- Modify and optimize existing automation programs based on project or process requirements
- Collaborate with design, electrical, and mechanical teams to understand system requirements
- Assist during panel testing, FAT, and onsite commissioning
- Maintain proper documentation of programs, logic flow, and electrical drawings
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and after-sales service

**What You Need (Must-Haves)**:

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of control systems, electrical panels, and instrumentation
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for commissioning and service support

**Nice to Have (Optional)**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation Engineering
- Experience with SCADA or HMI software (e.g., WinCC, Wonderware, etc.)
- Exposure to servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and safety PLCs
- Knowledge of safety standards and industrial automation best practices
