We are looking for an efficient Principal to manage our Junior College Campus

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- As the academic head or institution head, he/she has to oversee that the institution runs properly in accordance with its vision and mission.
- Setting up academic goals, developing curriculum and establishing college policies and culture.
- Oversee the college operations, class schedules and work with Lectures and JL to improve instructions.
- Overall Academic and Administration Management
- Liaising between the College and University
- Monitoring Student Feedback and Staff performance
- Admission Planning.
- Counsel and discipline students, and work with parents and teachers to create student success plans.
- Address chronic absenteeism

**Required skills**:

- Master’s degree with Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar capacity as a College Principal or Vice Principal.
- Good communication skills with problem solving and leadership qualities.
- Able to work under pressure
- Team handling skills.
- Computer literate.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
