Our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team focuses on helping our clients assess, design, implement, and maintain an effective third-party risk program. This is inclusive of pre and post contract stages for our clients - helping them evaluate the controls required pre-contracting with a vendor, contractor, or supplier, as well as post-contract from an ongoing monitoring perspective. Our TPRM team focuses on designing programs, operationalizing those programs, change management across all risk domains of a third-party program and assessments (ongoing monitoring efforts). You will work with third parties across the globe that support the operations of our clients to ensure adequate control environments are in place and help our clients comfort that both reasonable and defensible controls are in place. As more companies continue to outsource and move to cloud transformation, the demand for TPRM has quickly grown. You will help our clients transform their business, build trust amongst their ecosystem, manage risk effectively, and drive accountability and control with their third-party connections.

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping solve complex business

issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level

**Minimum Degree Required**: Bachelor's degree

**Preferred Fields of Study**:Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields

**Minimum Years of Experience**: 2 years of experience

**Preferred Knowledge/Skills**:
Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in:

- Executing implementation, design, and execution of third-party risk related projects at a professional services firm or enterprise
- Understanding technical and operational standard industry practices involving third party risk management regulations / standards to build programs, risk assessments and business processes
- Understanding common third-party risk related issues currently faced in one or more industry sectors
- Demonstrating aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in:

- Developing and implementing third party risk management programs or associated solutions
- Leveraging Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and Power BI to create deliverables, proposals, and outreach materials for prospective clients
- Leveraging creative thinking, problem solving, and individual initiative
- Collaborating with clients and building relationships with clients
- Independently managing and prioritizing workload
