**Job description**
- We are looking for people who have done SAP SuccessFactors implementation in ONB 2.0 & added advantage if more than one module.
- ONB 2.0 Certification is mandatory
- Must have understanding on the system landscapes
- Good in communication
- Must have domain experience of min 2 years as HR
- Qualification: MBA/ PGDM/ B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA

**Technical Skills**

**Onboarding**
- workflow
- Hiring forms (Employee summary form, emergency contact form)
- Custom specific forms, policies
- Document centre enabled and permissioned
- Document centre export to SFTP site
- Standard security groups Standard system notifications provided.
- Client specific notifications.
- Mobile platform activated.
- Role-based permission groups and roles.
- Enable employee portal shell for new hires (Client is responsible for configuration and branding).
- Hiring Manager activities configured: Separate activities/checklists configured.
- Standard and Administrative reporting activated
- Integration with SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Employee Central.
- E-signature
- Onboarding dashboard
- Restart Onboarding process
- Cancelling onboarding

**Off-boarding**
- Standard Offboarding panels: Equipment/Inventory Return Exit Interview Appointment Exit Interview Checklist Standard Employee Termination Summary (Form)
- Integration with SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Employee Central.
- Document centre export to SFTP site.
- Standard and Administrative reporting activated -no custom reports built.
- Basic mapping fields of on-Boarding to EC fields
