Jr.safety Officer

Assist the Head of Safety in conducting safety audits and inspections.
- Report safety incidents and unsafe practices in the plant to the Head of Safety.
- Support in the implementation of safety programs and corrective actions.
- Maintain and update safety documentation and records.
- Conduct safety inductions and training for new employees.
- Monitor and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Actively participate in emergency drills and safety meetings.
- Conduct regular site walks to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective measures are in place.

**Work Experience**:
**Industry**:PVC Industries (or relevant chemical industries)

**Years of Experience**:2-3 years of experience in industrial safety or a related field. Exposure to manufacturing or plant safety management is a plus.

**Education qualification**:
**Mandatory: -**Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related fields.

**Desirable: -**Certifications in Safety Management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
