Tech Pumpkin is a dynamic digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow their online presence through innovative strategies. We are seeking a motivated Junior SEO Executive with a passion for digital marketing and a basic understanding of SEO principles to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Keyword Research**:
Assist in conducting keyword research to identify high-potential search terms for client websites using SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- **On-Page Optimization**:
Help optimize web pages for SEO, including updating meta tags, headers, image alt texts, and ensuring content is SEO-friendly.
- **Content Optimization**:
Work with the content team to ensure articles, blogs, and other content pieces are optimized for search engines. Implement best SEO practices in content strategy.
- **Technical SEO Assistance**:
Support the senior SEO team with technical SEO tasks, including fixing broken links, analyzing page load speed, and optimizing mobile performance.
- **Link Building**:
Assist in creating and executing link-building strategies. Identify opportunities for backlinks and outreach to websites for guest posting or link collaborations.
- **SEO Audits**:
Help conduct regular SEO audits for client websites, identifying technical issues and opportunities for optimization.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
Assist in tracking website traffic, keyword rankings, and other performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Help prepare reports for clients and internal review.
- **Staying Updated with SEO Trends**:
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry changes to ensure continuous learning and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:
6 months to 1 year of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- **Basic Knowledge of SEO Tools**:
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs is preferred.
- **On-Page & Off-Page SEO**:
Understanding of basic on-page and off-page SEO principles. Experience in optimizing content and building backlinks is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage but not required.
- **Analytical Mindset**:
Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and provide insights to improve SEO performance.
- **Communication Skills**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to collaborate effectively with team members and report findings.
- **Education**:
A degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (BCA/BBA) is preferred
