**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Management**:

- Provide strategic leadership to the school by setting academic goals and ensuring they are met.
- Oversee the daily management of the school, ensuring smooth operations in compliance with CBSE standards.
- **Academic Excellence**:

- Implement and monitor CBSE curriculum and ensure high-quality teaching standards.
- Promote innovative teaching methods and co-curricular activities that foster a comprehensive education.
- **Staff Supervision & Development**:

- Lead and mentor the teaching staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals of staff members and ensure continuous improvement.
- **Student Development**:

- Ensure that students receive a balanced education focusing on both academic and personal growth.
- Address student issues, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- **Parent & Community Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication regarding student performance and school events.
- Represent the school in local educational and community activities.
- **Administration & Operations**:

- Manage school finances, budget, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and other statutory requirements.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Master’s Degree in Education/Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in teaching and administration, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (preferably as a Principal or Vice-Principal in a CBSE school).
- Strong knowledge of CBSE guidelines and educational policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture.
