- Bhiwadi**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Production Merchandizer will work in the Factory and coordinate Products Sampling, costing, price negotiations and order management for US, European and Australian buyers.
- Product Development is coordinating with Design teams
- Production Planning and production follow up
- Coordinate with Quality team and share technical nuances of the product management and find and ensure 0% Inspection failure
- Expediting production follow up to achieve 100 % on-time shipments
- Responsible for Merchandising activities including** **Product Development, stock management, inventory management, Product Listing, Product pricing, Packaging, Quality assurance, shipment, Online merchandise, purchase order, product photography, sampling, production. Creating process for product development production management ensuring there are no loop holes till order execution, shipment and delivery to the customer.
- Additionally, responsible for coordinating samples with design team from development stage to final approval.
- Maintain complete records of correspondence, samples, presentations and interactions with the client for clarity at later stage.
- Maintain PO files for orders running on the floor.
- Maintaining and completing various forms, paperwork, presentations which are required by agencies for running orders
- ** E**xperience in Merchandising of Hard goods, Metal Furniture, Lightning Flatware, other utility and decorative items would be ideal.

- Self driven, hands on individual, adept at multi tasking, crisis management and able work under pressure and meet commitments and deadline
