Effective Communication and customer service are key functions of the brand. A Fashion Consultant represents the brand to its customer base.
- **Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop an understanding of the product, Brand USP, and sale policies to handle queries effectively.
- Order Support: Handle customer queries with regards to their order placed.
- Sale Support: Assist before the order is placed. Send catalog, and assist in order creation and payment links.
- Return Support Management, Handle customer queries concerning returns and refunds. Process refunds on payment gateway.
- Take regular customer feedback
- Prepare customer assessment reports.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills and command of English.
- Experience in fashion merchandising is preferred, to understand the product better.
- PR skills.
- Quick decision maker.
- Ability to calmly handle situations when customers are stressed or upset.

Job Location: Sector-7, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Working Days: 5-6 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
