We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator/PMO. In this role, you will be responsible for resource management, overseeing milestone projects, facilitating weekly meetings, managing project activities, and handling timesheet management. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Zoho Project is preferred to effectively carry out these responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resource Management: Coordinate and optimize the allocation of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Monitor resource availability, assess resource requirements for upcoming projects, and collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Milestone Projects: Assist project managers in planning and executing milestone projects. Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact milestone achievements.
- Weekly Meetings: Facilitate regular project team meetings to review project status, discuss progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment among team members. Document meeting minutes and action items to track follow-ups and ensure accountability.
- Project Management: Support project managers in the overall management of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Utilize Microsoft Project or Zoho Project to create and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Timesheet Management: Implement and maintain a timesheet management system using Microsoft Project or Zoho Project to accurately track and record project-related hours worked by team members. Review timesheets for completeness and accuracy, and provide timely feedback to team members to ensure compliance with timesheet policies.
- Communication and Reporting: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management. Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, progress updates, and other relevant communications using Microsoft Project or Zoho Project.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Project Management Office. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices, templates, and tools using Microsoft Project or Zoho Project to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with project deliverables. Act as a point of contact for stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a Project Management Office or similar role, with a focus on resource management, milestone projects, weekly meetings, project management, and timesheet management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Zoho Project to create and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate project status.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

As a Project Coordinator/PMO, you will play a crucial role in optimizing resource utilization, overseeing milestone projects, facilitating effective communication through weekly meetings, managing project activities, and ensuring accurate timesheet management. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Zoho Project will enable you to efficiently carry out these responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our Project Management Office.
