**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct community outreach programs to promote healthcare services.
- Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families.
- Assist in identifying and addressing social and economic issues affecting patient health.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals on the mobile van.
- Organize awareness campaigns on hygiene, nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
- Maintain records of community interactions and support provided.
- Ensure effective coordination between healthcare services and local communities.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in community health, social work, or NGO projects (freshers can apply).
- **Skills**: Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in local languages.
- **Other**: Willingness to travel within Patiala as part of the mobile healthcare team.

**How to Apply**:
