**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical E-commerce Business expert to join our growing e-commerce team. This role will be responsible for analyzing business operations, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing data-driven insights to improve online sales performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and operations, to drive key initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and increase profitability.

**What You’ll Do**:
- **Strategic Leadership**: Provide expert guidance on all aspects of our e-commerce strategy, including sales growth, digital marketing, customer experience, product management, and more. You’ll be the go-to expert for e-commerce best practices.
- **Drive Growth**: Identify key opportunities for business expansion through new market strategies, innovative online campaigns, and process optimizations. Lead initiatives to enhance conversion rates, improve customer retention, and increase average order value.
- **Customer-Centric Strategy**: Ensure that all e-commerce activities are aligned with the needs and behaviors of our target customers. You will use data, trends, and insights to continuously refine our user experience.
- **Account management**: Manage and enhancing seller's account ATS and Paid on Amazon, Meesho, Jiomart and Flipkart, optimizing listings and account growth, FBA, advertisement, coupons, promotions on seller account.
- **Optimize Operations**: Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, resolve issues related to account advertisement, listings, account performance and other operational issues.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Expertise in E-commerce**: At least **2 years of experience**in e-commerce strategy,on e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) or digital business leadership. You should have a deep understanding of the industry’s best practices and trends.
- **Strategic Thinking**: You have a proven ability to define and execute on e-commerce strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. You're always focus on results.
- **Cross-Functional Leadership**: You thrive in a collaborative environment and can lead teams across multiple departments to achieve e-commerce goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, and you know how to inspire action.
- **Tech-Savvy**: You have experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Meesho, Jiomart and Flipkart).
