Asscociate Admin-mis

To keep track of legal documents, update files, conduct research, and

prepare the first versions
- Coordinate with City Growth teams for financial models, property

documents and uploading them on relevant portal for activation
- Coordinate with Activation team for pre-snag, snag, getting it done from the

Owners, following up with growth teams and making the property live
- Coordination with internal and external teams for supply (acquisition of

properties)
- Coordinate with CE teams for Scheduled visits, Walkins, incomplete leads

tracking, rent collection etc.
- Coordination with internal and external teams for demand generation

(filling of properties
- customer acquisition)
- Work closely with management to meet growth (no. of beds) and P&L

objectives
- Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve

sales
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of

invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors
- Audit inventory levels and forecasting to ensure product availability, and

order products as necessary

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
