**Job Description (Optical Retail)**:
We are looking for a qualified and passionate **Optometrist** to join our retail optical team. You will be responsible for performing eye checkups, recommending optical solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service in-store. This role demands both clinical expertise and strong retail awareness to support our eyewear business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct eye tests using computerized equipment and traditional methods
- Diagnose vision problems and issue accurate prescriptions
- Recommend suitable lenses and eyewear based on customer lifestyle and budget
- Provide after-sales advice regarding lens care, usage, and maintenance
- Assist in fitting and adjusting spectacles for comfort and accuracy
- Work closely with the optical sales team to meet daily targets
- Manage patient records, prescriptions, and maintain data confidentiality
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising in the optical section
- Educate customers about different types of lenses (progressive, anti-glare, blue cut, etc.)
- Support inventory checks of frames, lenses, and contact lens products

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: B.Optom or D.Optom from a recognized institute
- **Experience**: 0-3 years (Freshers with strong clinical skills are welcome)
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of optical products and eye testing procedures
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of spectacle fitting and lens types
- Ability to work as part of a retail sales team
- Basic computer and billing software proficiency
