**_Receiving the Purchase Requisition from users to create Purchase Orders in Application as per defined SOP’s_**

**_Checking all required documentation and approvals_**

**_Creation of PO on Oracle tool as per defined SOP’s_**

**_ _**

**_Generate MIS through MS excel, pivot tables, lookup formulas and other excel formulas_**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Vendor Creation_**

**_ _**

**_Receiving the request from users globally to create supplier/s_**

**_ _**

**_Checking all required documentation and approvals are present as per defined SOP’s_**

**_ _**

**_Creation of the vendor profile on the Oracle and Ariba tools._**

**_ _**

**_Maintenance of the metrics related to Vendor creation._**

**_ _**

**_Vendor checking of statutory documents as part of Vendor Pre-Qualification_**

**_ _**

**_Management of a centralized repository in a structured manner_**

**_ _**

**_Following up with stakeholders for necessary documents at a recurring frequency_**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Procurement Helpdesk_**

**_ _**

**_Managing & guiding stakeholders for their Procurement related queries._**

**_Reverting to queries within the stipulated time frame._**

**_Vendor Governance Support_**
