**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced **AWS Trainer** to join our team full-time. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact training sessions, mentoring learners, and ensuring high success and certification rates across AWS programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured AWS training sessions (online/offline) under programs like AWS re/Start and other internal initiatives.
- Simplify cloud computing concepts and hands-on labs for learners from varied technical backgrounds.
- Evaluate and mentor learners throughout the course from foundational cloud topics to exam readiness.
- Provide guidance on real-world use cases, career paths, and certification roadmaps (especially AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner & Solutions Architect).
- Coordinate with program managers, L&D teams, and placement teams for seamless delivery and learner progression.
- Continuously upgrade course content as per the latest AWS updates and learner needs.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum **3 years of corporate IT experience** in cloud computing, infrastructure, DevOps, or related domains.
- At least **2 years of AWS training experience** (corporate or academic).
- Strong knowledge of AWS core services: EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, VPC, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.
- Familiarity with Linux, networking, and Python or Bash scripting is a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Preferred: AWS Certified Trainer / AWS Academy credentials / AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional).

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
