**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with lead generation and qualification
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies
- Basic English and Hindi, both written and verbal
- Real Estate industry knowledge is a plus
- Freshers can also apply
