Responsibilities:

- **Prenatal Care**: Provide comprehensive prenatal care to pregnant women, including regular check-ups, fetal assessments, nutritional guidance, and management of pregnancy-related conditions.
- **Delivery**: Manage labor and delivery, including both normal and cesarean births, ensuring the safety and health of both mother and baby.
- **Postnatal Care**: Offer postnatal care to ensure the well-being of the mother and baby after birth. This includes managing any complications that arise post-delivery and providing guidance on newborn care.
- **Gynecological Care**: Provide a range of gynecological services, including annual exams, Pap smears, cancer screenings, and treatment of common conditions like UTIs, incontinence, and menstrual disorders.
- **Fertility Treatments**: Assist patients with fertility issues, including providing treatments like In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), hormone therapy, and other assisted reproductive technologies.
- **Surgery**: Perform surgeries as needed, including hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and other procedures related to the reproductive system.
- **Emergency Care**: Provide emergency care for gynecological issues and obstetric emergencies like ectopic pregnancies, miscarriages, and pre-eclampsia.
- **Education and Counseling**: Educate patients on reproductive health, contraceptive options, STD prevention, and menopause management. Provide counseling on pregnancy options and support for pregnancy loss or infertility.
- **Research and Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in obstetrics and gynecology to provide evidence-based care.

Skills and Qualifications:

- A Medical Degree (MD) with a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients and their families.
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations, especially during labor and delivery.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Work Environment:
OB/GYNs work in various settings, including hospitals, private clinics, and maternity centers. They often have to work long hours, be on call for emergencies, and may need to perform surgeries or deliver babies at any time of the day or night.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week
