Purchase Executive

**Job Title**: Executive - Purchase & Procurement

**Education**: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Executive - Purchase & Procurement** to support our day-to-day purchasing activities at Mody University. The role involves handling vendor communication, processing purchase orders, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and compare quotations from vendors
- Create and process purchase orders
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and invoices
- Coordinate with departments and store teams for material needs
- Help with vendor registrations and documentation
- Use ERP system for purchase entries and tracking

**Key Skills**:

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of procurement process
- Basic understanding of contracts and quotations
- Familiar with MS Office and ERP systems
- Team player and organized
