Job Title: Production Worker

Job Summary:
The Production Worker is responsible for performing various tasks in the manufacturing process to ensure the efficient production of goods. This role involves operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assembly and Production:

- Assemble components or parts to produce finished goods.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

2. Quality Control:

- Conduct quality checks at various stages of the production process.
- Identify and report defects or issues in products.
- Work with the quality control team to address and resolve issues.

3. Material Handling:

- Transport raw materials, components, and finished products within the production area.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of materials used in the production process.

4. Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate tasks.

6. Cleanliness and Organization:

- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Dispose of waste and scrap materials properly.

Qualifications:

- 10th pass, HSC and above.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is often preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects if required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

**Salary**: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
