**About the Role**

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits in line with ISO 9100, ISO 14000, and ISO 41000 requirements.
- Assist in preparing the organization for external certification and surveillance audits.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies, statutory regulations, and ISO standards.
- Develop, review, and update organizational policies, procedures, and documentation in line with ISO requirements.
- Identify gaps, risks, and non-conformities; propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide training and awareness sessions to staff on ISO standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth audit readiness and implementation of corrective measures.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and audit records.

**What do we need from you**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in ISO audit and compliance (ISO 9100, 14000, 41000).
- Experience in Health & Safety standards, compliance, and audit attendance.
- Strong knowledge of ISO policies, requirements, and documentation processes.
- Certified Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor in ISO standards (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Based in Bangalore (or willing to relocate).
