**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate the cash register and handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer queries regarding store policies, promotions, and products.
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining the display near the checkout area.
- Follow cash handling procedures to ensure mínimal errors.
- Maintain the security of cash and transaction records.
- Keep the checkout area tidy and organised.
- Ensure all equipment is functional and report issues promptly.
- Support team members during peak hours or busy periods.

**Education**: Graduate

**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Skills**:

- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
