Fabrication Supervisor

Supervises fabrication and lining activities (fit up, welding, lining, flaring and despatch).
- Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process, monitoring machine or equipment and resources, studying methods,
- Supervises work floor operations.
- Co-ordinate with the process of lining, extrusion, sintering, flaring and despatch.
- Co-ordinates and interfaces between fabrication/installation and pre-fabrication activities.
- Co-ordinates sub-contractors involved.
- Periodically check the various processes and to ensure they are running as efficiently as possible.
- Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Searches for the most efficient technical solutions.
- Provides quantitative data for producing the progress reports.
- Ensure paper work and ERP is complete at each stage of Operation.
- Work with the team members and the Manager to work in order to improve the targets.
- Ensure compliance to all quality related policies, procedures and system requirements.
- Smooth Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas
- Formulate a strategic plan to increase productivity and efficient functioning of the factory on day-to-day basis
- Ensure that the products are dispatching before the due date.
- Double check the packages before despatch.
- Analyze all root causes for all production issues and resolve same and implement all new process tools according to required order.

**TERMS : First 10 days salary will be holded for first month salary and it will realeased in Full and Final Settlement**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
