As a social media intern, you will have the opportunity to learn & contribute to our dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the field of social media marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating engaging and creative content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Content Scheduling**: Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social media channels using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- **Community Management**: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions. Engage with our audience by responding to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- **Social Media Analytics**: Help track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and posts using analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations based on the data collected.
- **Research and Trends**: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. Conduct research on industry-related topics and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns aligned with our marketing objectives.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports on social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.

**Requirements**:

- **Enthusiasm for Social Media**: Passion for social media and a strong understanding of various social media platforms.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- **Creativity**: Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
- **Time Management**: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Educational Background**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
