Lounge Supervisor

The Railway Lounge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a railway lounge, ensuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, managing resources, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for travelers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all guests have a positive and memorable experience.

2. **Staff Supervision**:

- Oversee the daily activities of lounge staff, including receptionists, attendants, and cleaners.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage.

3. **Lounge Operations**:

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the lounge.
- Ensure all facilities and amenities are in working order and promptly address any maintenance issues.
- Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability of refreshments, reading materials, and other guest amenities.

4. **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of guest usage, incidents, and feedback.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Lounge Manager on lounge operations, staffing, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing petty cash.

5. **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure the lounge complies with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks and drills.
- Stay updated with railway policies and procedures, implementing changes as required.

6. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, such as security and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain quality service.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
