**Eligibility (as per NMC norms)**:

- **MBBS + MD/MS/DNB** in the respective specialty - _mandatory for all clinical departments_.
- Senior Resident roles are open for **fresh MD/MS/DNB graduates**.
- Teaching/research experience as per NMC guidelines is required for faculty positions.

**Clinical & Support Positions**
- **Chief Medical Officer (CMO)**:

- MBBS with postgraduate qualification (MD/MS) preferred
- Minimum 10 years of clinical and administrative experience
- **Technicians**:

- **CSSD, Emergency, OT, Blood Centre, Central Laboratory, Radiology**:

- Diploma/Certificate or B.Sc. in relevant discipline
- Prior experience in hospital/diagnostic settings preferred
- **Nursing Staff (B.Sc. / M.Sc. Nursing)**:

- Registered with State Nursing Council
- Experience in emergency, OT, ICU, ward, and specialty areas preferred
- **Pharmacists**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Valid registration with Pharmacy Council
- **Support Staff & Attenders**:

- SSLC / Higher Secondary qualified
- Prior hospital experience preferred but not mandatory

**Compensation**
- Salary and benefits will be offered as per industry standards and commensurate with experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
