- Handling inquiries; follow up on missing information, documents & clarifications

Review design options and recommend the best solution

Selecting & finalizing the systems, typologies & profiles

Preparation of value engineering options by complying to the client requirement.

Checking window schedule, BOQ and section details

Selection of suitable systems according to the project specification

Handling window schedule, bill of quantities (BOQ) & analytical section details

Calculate material quantity requirements, utilize Estimation software and prepare material take-off

Prepare final drawings & quantities as per approved shop drawings

Must have estimating experience working in the windows, doors and curtain walling market sector
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Team player with a positive outlook
- Motivated, proactive, and driven individual
- Must be commercially aware and cost-focused
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Experience in AutoCAD.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
