We are looking Stress Analysis-Optistruct with 2 to 7 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location.

**Key Skills**:Altair** **Optistruct**, **MSC Nastran**, Hand Calculations, Hypermesh, 2D & 3D Meshing.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Building 3D models in simulation programs to test their response under expected use conditions.
- Calculating strains placed on a machine and its components on both a macro level and a micro level.
- Performing tests on physical objects, both models and full-size, to assess their ability to withstand stress.
- Developing prototypes for new designs and testing their performance under stresses
- Manipulating data using coding languages, spreadsheet programs and other software to perform assessments and identify alternative approaches.
- Researching materials and components to identify the best options for designs requiring high levels of stress.
- Coordinating with others within the organization throughout the design process to create prototypes and final products.

**Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency)**:

- Static Analysis Skill for both Metallic and Composites (Using Altair Optistruct & MSC Nastran) with hand Calculations.
- Hypermesh (Pre and Post processing)
- Hex Meshing, Shell Meshing, 1D elements creation
- Pre / Post processing
- Good experience in 2D & 3D Meshing.
- Debugging in above software
- Classical calculations approach
- Exposure to Interior Stress Analysis
- Excel programming to create templates for classical calculations.
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Optistruct & MSC Nastran
- Interior domain experience with Stress Analysis
- Drawing Reading & Basic Catia experience

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
