**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively. From concept development to final execution, the Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality graphics for various digital and print materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create compelling designs for marketing materials including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message.
- Produce mockups and prototypes to present ideas for approval.
- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs.
- Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to enhance creativity and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure print quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Provide creative input and contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs and projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of print production processes and requirements.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and design principles.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Certification in graphic design or related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to Relocate:

- North Goa, Goa: Relocate before starting work (required)
