**Role Overview**: As a Graphics Trainee, you will work closely with our design team to support various design projects and gain hands-on experience in graphic design. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build their portfolio and develop their design skills in a professional setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Support**: Assist in creating visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website elements, brochures, flyers, and banners.
- **Concept Development**: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design projects.
- **Software Use**: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality designs.
- **Brand Adherence**: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and project requirements.
- **Feedback Implementation**: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the design team and stakeholders.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain design files and assets in a structured manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills**: Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
- **Creativity**: A strong sense of design, creativity, and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing any previous design work or projects is highly desirable.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
