Hopla Sustainability Solutions Private Limited is an exciting startup based in Jamshedpur. We are in the business of extending the life of smartphones (and other electronic gadgets) through state of the art quality check and refurbishment process. The company is building both offline and online channels (using an app) to sell through retailers/ dealers and plans to come up with a branded offering soon.

The company is looking to hire self-motivated and outstanding Telemarketers with experience in mobile phones industry.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Call prospective retailers and update them about the company and its products
- Build relationship and sell products
- Help in downloading and using the company's B2B mobile App
- Support the needs of retailers/ dealers.
- Always look for opportunities for improvement and share the same with management.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Telemarketer in mobile phone/ telecom industry
- Tech Savvy - comfortable in using Apps and providing training on Apps
- Good understanding of second-hand mobile phone industry
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Good communication skills - ability to build trusted relationship with dealers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jamshedpur, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
