The Fabric Production Incharge is responsible for managing the production process of fabrics, ensuring quality standards, overseeing production teams, and maintaining efficient workflows. This role involves supervising day-to-day operations, managing resources, ensuring safety compliance, and continuously improving production efficiency.
- **Production Supervision**: Oversee all phases of fabric production, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and supervise production staff, delegating tasks and ensuring optimal performance.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure fabric meets quality specifications, conduct inspections, and resolve quality issues.
- **Material Management**: Ensure availability of raw materials and coordinate with the procurement team to manage inventory.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve production efficiency.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular safety audits, and maintain a safe working environment.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine downtime, and quality checks. Report production status and issues to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
