**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a responsible **Office Assistant** to support administrative and basic accounting tasks across our operations in a petrol pump, plantation, and resort.
**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
- Manage scheduling, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Handle communication between pump, plantation, and resort departments.
- Support daily office tasks and ensure smooth operations.
**Accounts & Finance**:
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and maintaining payment records.
- Help with monthly accounts reconciliation and petty cash handling.
- Coordinate with accountants/auditors for documentation and compliance.
- Maintain employee attendance and assist with payroll inputs.
**Sector-Specific Duties**:
- **Petrol Pump**: Track daily fuel sales and cash reconciliation.
- **Plantation**: Record produce, labour wages, and expenses; assist in inventory tracking.
- **Resort**: Assist with bookings, payments, inventory, and guest records.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, )
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
