We are looking for a talented Architect with skills in creating architectural drawings, layouts, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings, and 3D designs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed architectural drawings, layouts, furniture layouts, door/window drawings, blueprints, and floor plans.
- Create MEP drawings.
- Design 3D elevations and interiors.
- Use 3D design software for modeling and rendering.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural drawing and design software.
- Experience in MEP drawings.
- Expertise in 3D design, modeling, and rendering.
- Knowledge of software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
