- SCM**

>

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible for the invoice preparation for the Bulk Solvent business for timely dispatch from the Warehouse/Bond/Tankages & delivery to the customer.

Ensure timely sales reversal and return and maintain the necessary data and documents.

Processing transportation, CHA, FF, Tankages, Consultant bills and maintain tracking provisions.

Maintain the warehouse inventory by FIFO method and follow the standard practice for the internal stock transfer from one location to another.

Maintaining & updating transporters MIS reports and circulate these to the BU team.

Manage the goods dispatch for local customers, global key accounts or export as per the prescribed procedure and standards.

Responsible for packing/repacking the goods as per client specifications.

Assess needs and negotiate deals for trans shipments or direct shipments. Plan consignment transit route to maintain optimum delivery timeline as per company guidelines and client specifications.

Maintain dispatch related documents i.e. consignment labelling, e-way bills, sales invoices, certificate of analysis, material safety data sheet, export consignment documentation & delivery slips.

Coordinate with the transporters, resolve the issues related to the delivery of the consignment (if any) and keep the concerned customer & the sales team informed.

Handle prepaid cash transactions with the dispatch related vendors.

Create and update the end to end dispatch status report for local customers, Bulk BU & exports regularly.

Manage exchange of documents with transporters & delivery of material at customer plant for out & out stocks.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
Any graduate degree from a reputed college/university.

Preferably a diploma in supply chain management from a reputed college/university.

Computer Skill : MS office

Knowledge of SAP

Knowledge of MS-office
MIS reporting
Proficiency in English language (written & verbal)
Business/Commercial acumen
