Position Summary:
Required the customer support engineer for the Aurangabad territory who can handle all the customer, machine installation, machine problem trouble shooting. He also having the thoroughly knowledge of the electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical and hydraulic to resolve the machine problem as soon as possible.

Work You’ll Do:

- Individual handling of the Aurangabad and surrounding territory nearly about 300 Plus machine.
- Individual handling of the new machine installation and commissioning.
- Resolving of the machine problem like hydraulic and electric and software related.
- Drive the individually aftermarket business.
- Market vigilance about the customer and machine inquiry.
- Also required good communication skill and behavior.

Team:
He will be part of the pune service team.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have requirements of the role customer support engineer at Aurangabad Territory and having 5 to 6 years of experience with degree/ diploma in engineering field like, electrical/,electronic Mechanical. And knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, MS Excel, MS Power point.
