Factory Incharge

**Production & Operations Management**
- Supervise **night shift production activities** to meet daily targets.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with the day shift team for seamless handovers.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources.

**Workforce Management**
- Assign duties to night shift workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and disciplinary guidelines.
- Handle on-the-spot issues and report them to higher management.

**Quality & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure **quality checks** are conducted during production.
- Maintain **health, safety, and environmental standards** within the factory.
- Report and address any safety hazards immediately.

**Inventory & Documentation**
- Track raw material consumption and report shortages in advance.
- Maintain accurate production logs and shift reports.
- Support in stock audits and reconciliation.

**Coordination & Reporting**
- Coordinate with other departments like procurement, maintenance, and dispatch.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate updates to management.
- Handle emergency situations during the night shift.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of **manufacturing operations and production processes**.
- Basic understanding of **inventory control and factory safety protocols**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
